* Operate machinery and production equipment in line with training and safety procedures
* Assemble, pack, or inspect products to meet quality standards
* Monitor production processes and report any faults or issues
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
* Carry out manual handling tasks where required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work shifts, including overtime if required
* Basic understanding of health and safety practices
