Key Responsibilities
* Operating and monitoring production machinery
* Supporting the setup and operation of specialist equipment
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
* Troubleshooting basic machine or process issues
* Recording production data accurately using computer systems
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Working closely with team leaders and engineers to meet production targets
* Learning and developing technical skills through structured training
