We are currently working with a growing manufacturing business in Speke who are looking to recruit a Production Operator to join their team.
This role offers full training into blown film extrusion, providing a clear pathway into a skilled, higher-earning position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the production of polyethylene films within a continuous manufacturing environment
* Monitoring raw materials and maintaining consistent machine operation
* Assisting with machine setups, changeovers and start-ups
* Ensuring product quality and following production procedures
* Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
We’re Keen To Speak To Candidates With:
* Experience within manufacturing or production environments
* Plastics processing (extrusion, injection moulding, thermoforming) – desirable but not essential
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
