We are recruiting for a Production Planner to join a well-established manufacturing business in Rugby. This is a key role within the operation, helping to keep production running smoothly, materials in place, and customer deadlines on track.

The role:
* Planning and scheduling production activity
* Coordinating jobs to meet customer deadlines
* Working closely with production, stores, and purchasing
* Monitoring material availability and production capacity
* Updating planning systems and production schedules
* Helping to reduce delays, improve workflow, and keep the shop floor running efficiently
What we need:
* Previous experience as a Production Planner, Manufacturing Planner, or similar
* Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment
* Good organisational and planning skills
* Ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
* Confident communicator who can work across departments
* Good IT skills and experience using planning, ERP, or MRP systems
