The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee the production operations at their Warrington site. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day production operations of the site * Lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams to achieve operational targets * Ensure all processes comply with GDPR regulations and data protection standards * Maintain and enforce high standards of Health & Safety across the site * Monitor performance, productivity, and quality to meet client expectations * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes Requirements * Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar operational leadership role * Strong understanding of production or operational environments * Knowledge of GDPR and Health & Safety compliance * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What The Role Offers * Competitive salary of £42,000 – £47,000 * A supportive and inclusive working environment * 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 plus Bank Holidays) * Attractive pension scheme (Employer contributions @ 8%) * Health Cash Plan & Wellbeing flexible working. * Opportunities for career development within a growing business * The chance to make a real impact in a company that values its people * Working a 40 hour week 8:30am – 5:30pm with flexibility.
