Apply NowCastle Manufacturing is working with a well-established manufacturer in North Yorkshire to recruit a Production Supervisor. Reporting in to the Production Manager, this is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to play a key role in ensuring customers receive a high-quality product in line with process and product specification
Ensure the department has appropriate risk and COSHH assessments in place
Effectively communicate daily, weekly and monthly objectives to the team and maximise performance
Proactively measure performance of department against KPI’s
Ensure team members are competent to perform all tasks asked of them and conduct annual performance development reviews with them
Manage the team members ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to
Who We're Looking For:
Experience in a process driven production environment
Experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
Must be a team player
