Production Supervisor – Nights | Food Manufacturing | Leicester £38,500 + Bonus + Overtime (OTE £40,000+) 4 Roles Available – Production & Packing Shift: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday | 6pm–6am Well-established food manufacturing site in Leicester recruiting Night Shift Production Supervisors due to continued growth. Positions Available • 2x Production • 2x Packing Responsibilities • Supervise and lead production teams on shift • Deliver production targets and KPIs • Manage attendance, rotas and performance • Ensure HSE and food safety compliance • Complete shift reporting and handovers • Escalate issues to Engineering/Management Salary & Benefits • £38,500 + bonus (OTE £40,000+) • Overtime available • Healthcare plan • Annual salary review • Retail vouchers and company events Requirements • Experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader • Background in food manufacturing • Strong leadership and communication skills • Able to work nights (12-hour shifts) Progression available to Shift Manager.
