Production Supervisor

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Manufacturing company in the Black Country region for a Production Supervisor to join there growing, ambitious and award winning business! Monday to Friday working hours Salary - £30,000 to £35,000 The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Production Supervising ideally within assembling of products !! Daily duties include: * Plan, priorities, and manage daily and weekly production workload * Allocate tasks and resources to ensure on-time completion of orders * Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to manage urgent requirements * Ensure production targets are met and drive productivity across the team * Supervise, motivate, and coach production staff including 1-2-1's * Support continuous improvement initiatives / bring ideas to the table * Track and report production workload, output, and productivity metrics. * Oversee quality control and output / returns This role is perfect for a hand's on supervisor - someone who leads from the front and isn't afraid to get stuck in to ensure success on a daily basis If you have assembly production supervisory background and want to join a company that is full of pride and your then do not delay in applying !!
