This role is ideal for someone with experience in leading teams in the production of food and who is ready to build on existing leadership experience within a fast-paced setting.

What you’ll be doing as Production Supervisor
You will support the day-to-day running of production by supervising teams, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and performance.
* Supervising production teams to meet output and efficiency targets
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
* Managing workflow and supporting shift performance
* Coaching and supporting team members to improve performance
* Monitoring attendance, performance, and behaviour on shift
* Communicating effectively with management and other departments
What we’re looking for in a Production Supervisor
* Must have experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
* Must have previous team leader or supervisory experience (or ready to step up)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Reliable, flexible, and able to manage changing priorities
* Willingness to work required shift patterns and adapt to future changes
Shift Patterns - PM Shift
* Tuesday to Friday: 15:00 – 22:30
* Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
Working hours require flexibility, including starting earlier or finishing later when needed.
There is an expectation of future changes to shift patterns, including earlier start times, potentially on a permanent basis.
