The Person:
* Experienced in a manufacturing environment.
* Have 3 years supervisory or team leader experience.
* Effective communicator (Written and Verbal).
The Role:
* Ensure work stations are set up in line with company procedure.
* Identify quality and health and safety issues and rectify/report.
* Provide shift reports to Production Manager.
* Reading of engineering drawings to ensure that products are manufactured to company and customer specifications.
* Monitoring shift KPI's.
* Adhering to site Health and Safety procedure.
This role is working days and nights, 4 on 4 off. The salary on offer is up to £36,250. For more information contact Joe Heller at Questech Recruitment
