Production Team Leader – Glass ManufacturingAre you an experienced Production Team Leader with a background in glass manufacturing looking to join a well-established and growing business?

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a production team
Ensure productivity, quality, and waste targets are achieved
Promote and maintain high health & safety standards
Manage team performance, attendance, and training
Work closely with Maintenance and Management teams to maximise production output
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department
Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions where required
What We're Looking For
Previous Team Leader, Shift Leader, or Production Supervisor experience within glass manufacturing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing production targets and KPIs
Good understanding of health & safety and quality systems
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
IOSH or similar qualification advantageous
Working HoursRotating Weekly Shifts
06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
