Professional Services Associate - Optical Software
Zest Optical is working in partnership with a leading global optical software provider to recruit a Professional Services Associate to support customers across Canada. The preferred candidate location will be Vancouver but our client is open to remote working arrangements within Canada
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working in an optical practice (or similar healthcare environment) to transition into a software-focused role, combining training, support and customer success.
The Role
Support customers across the full lifecycle, from installation and setup through to training and ongoing support
Deliver engaging training sessions both remotely and on-site, tailored to different customer needs
Help customers embed software into day-to-day practice operations, improving efficiency and performance
Act as a trusted advisor, supporting adoption and long-term success
Create and maintain training materials and support documentation
Requirements
2-5 years' experience within an optical practice or similar healthcare setting
Familiarity with practice management software (PMS, EHR or POS systems)
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Confident using and troubleshooting Windows-based systems
Full driving licence and ability to travel internationally
Salary & Benefits
Salary circa $55,000 - $75,000 (CAD) depending on experience
