How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future.
• Translate organisational strategy into programme objectives that align with regulatory, customer and corporate expectations.
• Lead programme governance, establishing decision‑making structures, steering groups, and assurance checkpoints.
• Own and manage multi‑million‑pound budgets, ensuring value for money, financial control and commercial rigour.
• Drive proactive risk mitigation, including interdependency management, recovery planning and horizon scanning.
• Build trusted relationships with regulators, suppliers, internal teams and executive stakeholders, communicating progress and securing alignment
What you need to bring:
• A proven track record of delivering large, complex, multi‑million‑pound programmes with diverse stakeholder landscapes.
• Strong financial governance experience, including budgeting, forecasting and commercial management.
• The ability to influence and engage effectively at Executive and Board level.
• Expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance and benefits realisation.
• Proven capability in supplier management, procurement frameworks and commercial negotiation.
