Project Administrator
Project Administrator I am supporting a well-established engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a Project Administrator. This is a key role supporting the successful introduction of new products into a busy production environment. The Project Administrator will be an integral part of the team, working closely with Programme Management and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are set up, maintained, and delivered efficiently from an administrative perspective. The Role As a Project Administrator, you will support the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring all systems, documentation, and processes are accurate and up to date. A significant part of the role will involve working with internal MRP systems (ASC) to manage orders, track progress, and support operational delivery. Key Responsibilities Loading customer sales orders onto internal systems Reviewing and validating purchase orders raised by Project Leads Filing and maintaining customer purchase orders on internal systems Scanning works orders to ensure accurate stock usage tracking Booking in works orders and maintaining system accuracy Working closely with Programme Management to ensure delivery dates are clearly understood and recorded Creating despatch packs and coordinating the despatch of finished goods Updating open order books in line with current sales and works ordersSkills & Experience Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Highly organised with strong attention to detail Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Experience within an engineering and manufacturing business or similar environment is desirable Experience using an MRP/ERP systemWhat’s on Offer A varied and fast-paced role as a Project Administrator within a supportive engineering and manufacturing business Opportunity to gain exposure to project and programme management A position where you can make a real impact on project delivery and business operationsIf this role sounds of interest, please click APPLY NOW or get in touch with Morgan from ReeVR Talent
