Project Architect

We are currently partnering with a well-established architectural practice looking to appoint a Project Architect to join their growing team in North Yorkshire. Responsibilities: To lead the design and development of multiple or large scale commercial projects. Manage projects from inception to completion  To provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience post bachelor’s degree of experience in commercial architecture. Proven track record of running complex projects from concept to completion. Proficient in all Revit functions (preferred) Experience in undertaking both CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer roles. A practical knowledge of relevant UK Building Regulations and design standards. Strong job running skills.
