Project Architect Location: West Sussex Salary: £40-48,000 DOE I'm working with an award winning AJ100 architectural practice to find a Project Architect for their modern and highly sociable studio based in West Sussex. The team delivers a broad range of projects across residential, education, commercial, healthcare and hospitality sectors, with a strong focus on sustainable and people centred design. Benefits: * Regular social events and European study trips * Enhanced maternity and paternity leave * Employee Assistance Programme and eye care support * Structured internal and external CPD programme * Mentorship scheme and organised site visits * Clear progression opportunities within a collaborative practice * Flexible working arrangements considered Key Responsibilities for the Project Architect: * Lead the design and delivery of projects across residential, education, mixed use and commercial sectors * Manage projects through multiple RIBA stages, ensuring design quality and technical delivery * Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages, specifications and technical information * Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes * Contribute to sustainable design strategies and technical innovation within projects * Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders * Support and mentor junior team members within the studio About You: * Qualified Architect with ARB registration * Strong post qualification experience within a UK architectural practice * Demonstrable experience leading projects across multiple RIBA stages * Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite * Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Proactive, organised and confident managing project responsibilities To apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
