Commercial Manager * Civil Engineering Main Contractor * United Arab Emirates - Remote Camp Location * Permanent / Full Time Employment not CONTRACT * Leading Main Contractor * Highly competitive basic Salary + Benefits Listed Main Contractor with 40 Years success delivering MAJOR Projects across the UAE. This group have delivered over 250 Projects worth $200 Million +. Sat on site on this project you will take complete responsibility for the commercial, contracts & profitability. Overview * Traditional Main Contractor - 6 day working week * $300 Million Industrial & Petro Chem Project based 2 Hrs drive from a Major City * Looking for the right person to start before the 1st of May 2026 LATEST The Role * Based on site 6 days a week (NO REMOTE Working on offer) * Oversee contract management, variations, claims, and do your best to avoid disputes but prepared if needed. * Lead and manage commercial activities * Provide commercial leadership and mentorship to staff * Monitor project financial performance, forecasts, and cost controls * Able to present monthly figures to the SLT Experience Required (Client's wishes) * Clearly led a $200 Million Project as No 1 * Proven experience in a Commercial Management role on site for a Tier 1 Main Contractor * Western Educated - Quantity Surveying - Reputable University * Must be able to present to clients and hold the room when called upon * Strong financial and commercial acumen. FIDIC contract experience is a MUST * Prior Middle East experience is a MUST * Ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on leadership on site * 20 Years Post Grad Experience What's on Offer * Site Accommodation * Vehicle or vehicle allowance * Annual bonus & pay review related to project performance * Full Medical Cover & Visas Provided * 1 Return Flight to home per annum * 41 Days Paid leave per annum * AED Monthly package competitive for the UAE market Please NOTE this location does not offer family status to the remote nature of the camp location.
