Project Coordinator
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys coordination, problem‑solving and delivering a high level of customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Duties:
* Prepare and support quotations for sales opportunities
* Process sales and purchase orders accurately
* Coordinate deliveries between suppliers, logistics teams and customers
* Support the sales team with order tracking and project administration
* Liaise with customers to provide updates and resolve queries
* Maintain project documentation and internal systems
* Assist with invoicing and resolving supplier or delivery issues
* First point of call
Person Specification:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Commercially aware and solutions‑focused
* A positive team player with a flexible attitude
Skills:
* Previous administration, sales support or coordination experience
* Strong customer service background
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
