Project Coordinator
Proven experience of leading a Secretariat team and the administration of formal Governance & Operations reviews or equivalent experience.
Significant experience of the ability to minute complex meetings in a timely manner.
Significant experience of building and developing relationships with internal and external senior management and the ability to communicate messages clearly and concisely in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrable experience of challenging seniority and existing processes.
Proven experience of designing and implementing governance processes.
Ability to manage a high degree of parallel working, competing demands and to deliver on time.
Successful experience of working in a matrix management organisation.
Excellent IT skills: proficient user of Excel, and quick and confident user of Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
