This role requires someone capable of providing executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight across a technically complex build. Previous experience delivering large-scale engineering or mission-critical projects is essential.
Coming from a main contractor background, you will understand the balance between risk, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
Your CV should clearly demonstrate stability and a successful track record delivering multidisciplinary design-and-build projects across Europe. Key areas of experience include:
* Site leadership
* Commercial & contractual management
* Team leadership & mentoring
* Stakeholder management

* Proven experience delivering major D&B projects with complex MEP packages
* Flexible and adaptable to demanding project programmes
* Predominantly permanent employment history throughout your career
* Clear experience operating as the No.1 lead on major projects
* Available to commence employment before 10th August
Package:
* Basic salary: €140,000 – €175,000 depending on experience
