Job Overview
We are recruiting for a German speaking Project Executive / Junior Project Coordinator to join a leading international packaging and creative design agency working with global FMCG and retail brands.
This is an excellent entry-level / junior opportunity for a graduate, college leaver, or early career professional with A Level German (or equivalent) and some administration or office experience, looking to build a career in project management, account management, or client services.
This role is ideal for candidates from administration, education, eLearning, compliance, customer service, translation/localisation, or structured office-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and manage client accounts and project administration
* Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and internal workflows
* Liaise with German-speaking clients and internal teams (DACH region)
* Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
* Provide regular updates to the Account Director / Project Manager
* Support delivery of FMCG packaging and retail design projects
* Ensure high levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
* Assist with multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum A Level German and English (spoken and written)
* Strong administration or office-based experience (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Interest in building a career in project management or account management
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
* Must be able to commute to South London / Purley
