We're looking for an experienced Project Lead to take full ownership of delivering complex construction projects in Sweden. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving programme, cost, quality, and safety from start to finish.

You'll lead from the front, working closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Owning project delivery across cost, programme, and quality
Managing subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to keep projects moving forward
Driving key milestones and proactively mitigating risks and delays
Reviewing and challenging construction scopes, pricing, and commercial proposals
Leading project and stakeholder coordination meetings
Monitoring cost drivers and providing clear commercial insight
Supporting procurement strategy, including long-lead equipment tracking
Validating subcontractor estimates and ensuring commercial accuracy
Working closely with engineering teams to inform cost and build-ability decisions
Overseeing project controls and scheduling integration
Reviewing and approving payment applications and invoices
Managing project close-out, including documentation and handover

What We're Looking For

10+ years' experience in project delivery within construction or critical infrastructure
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex supply chains
Strong commercial acumen with solid financial management experience
Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficient across MS Office and project management tools
Comfortable working in high-pressure, delivery-driven environments
