Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Industry: Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment Location: Warwickshire (Midlands Travel) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus Role Overview We are seeking a driven, dynamic Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, typically up to £750k in value. This role is fast-paced and varied, combining both traditional project delivery and small works/FM-style projects requiring quick turnaround and sharp decision-making. You will be responsible for managing 2-4 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with an established commercial team, you will take projects from handover through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent projects (typically 2-4 at any one time), varying in size and complexity Take ownership of projects from commercial handover through to delivery and completion Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively Deliver projects in line with client expectations, budgets, and timelines Lead site teams and ensure high standards of health & safety compliance Manage fast-track and small works projects with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies quickly Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates Ensure quality control and snag-free delivery Key Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out and refurbishment Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and programming skills Commercial awareness with the ability to work closely alongside QS/commercial teams Experience delivering projects up to £750k in value Comfortable managing both structured projects and quick-turnaround small works/FM-style jobs Excellent communication and leadership skills A proactive, "hands-on" approach to problem-solving What We Offer Opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of commercial projects Bonus Structure A fast-moving, supportive, and collaborative team environment Clear progression opportunities within a growing business Competitive salary and benefits package Summary This is an excellent opportunity for a high-energy Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and takes pride in delivering quality results.
