Project Manager – Construction (Medical / Healthcare Projects) 📍 Luton 📅 Start Date: 7th April 2026 ⏳ Duration: 9 Months (until end of 2026) 💰 Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience) Approach Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a specialist construction project in Luton, with a strong focus on medical and healthcare environments. This is a client-facing role, requiring a confident and professional individual who can effectively manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Act as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining strong working relationships * Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle * Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and specification * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams * Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures * Monitor progress, quality, and performance, reporting regularly to senior management * Identify and resolve any issues to keep the project on track Requirements * SMSTS (Desirable) * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Proven experience working on medical projects, hospitals, or clean room environments * Strong client-facing and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure What We’re Looking For * A proactive and organised Project Manager with a hands-on approach * Experience working in live or highly regulated environments * Strong leadership and problem-solving ability * A professional individual who can represent the business to clients If you are an experienced Project Manager with a background in healthcare or clean room projects and are available for an immediate start, we would like to hear from you
