Project Manager - Facades

I’m currently working with a well-established façade subcontractor who is looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major scheme in Manchester, valued at circa £15m. This is a key role on a flagship project, and I’m keen to speak with individuals who have a strong background delivering façade packages from pre-construction through to completion. Key responsibilities: * Managing the full lifecycle of façade packages on site * Coordinating design, procurement, and installation * Liaising with main contractors and internal teams * Overseeing programme, quality, and health & safety * Managing site teams and subcontractors Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager within façades/cladding * Track record delivering projects of similar value * Strong technical understanding of façade systems * Ability to manage programmes and drive delivery on site This is a great opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work and take ownership of a high-value project.
