SPEN experience – essential
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid
Relevant SP Authorisations
What They’re Looking For
Strong background managing substation or similar HV/civils projects
Ability to lead site teams and maintain high safety and quality standards
Someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership quickly
Ideally local, though accommodation can be provided
