Job Title: Project Manager – Themed Entertainment Fit-Out Location: West midlands Type: (FTC - 12 months) Job Description A leading creative design and production studio specialising in themed entertainment, immersive environments, and hospitality experiences is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile hotel fit-out project. This is a fixed-term contract (12 months) requiring full project ownership from pre-construction to handover. Job Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end delivery of themed fit-out projects * Develop and manage detailed project programmes and budgets * Coordinate designers, technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers * Oversee site works, installations, and quality control * Manage procurement, contractors, and stakeholder communications Skills Required * Proven experience managing themed entertainment, attractions, immersive environments, or high-end fit-out projects * Strong construction knowledge and site management experience * Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and programmes * Excellent contractor and stakeholder management skills * Commercial awareness and negotiation ability * Willingness to travel and be site-based Compensation & Other Benefits * Competitive day rate or salary (dependent on experience) * Fixed-term contract: 12 months * Immediate start preferred Apply within or contact Levi Goodridge at Sapien Engineering.
