Project Manager – Residential / Housing (Tier 1 Contractor) – Cork Salary: €100,000 – €110,000 DOE + Full Package + Company Car Location: Cork Type: Permanent | Full-Time Sector: Residential / Housing / Large-Scale Construction A leading Tier 1 main contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across Ireland, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale housing project in Cork. As the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a multi-block housing development, managing all site teams, subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and client interface. Key Responsibilities * Lead day-to-day management of the full project lifecycle * Drive programme delivery, ensuring milestones and handovers are met * Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and QA/QC processes * Maintain strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards * Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement and reporting * Coordinate with design teams, consultants and client representatives * Resolve on-site technical challenges and drive continuous improvement * Represent the contractor at site meetings and progress reviews Requirements * 7+ years’ experience in Project Management within residential or housing construction * Proven delivery of large-scale housing or multi-unit developments * Strong leadership, communication and team management skills * Ability to manage programmes, budgets and complex site logistics * Full understanding of Irish building regulations and BCAR * Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred What’s on Offer * €100–€110K salary DOE * Comprehensive package (pension, healthcare, allowances) * Company vehicle * Long-term pipeline of Tier 1 residential projects * Excellent career progression into Senior PM / Project Director pathways
