The CSR Group are working with a large main contractor who is seeking a Project Manager for construction projects in Dublin.
With experience delivering major education, healthcare and commercial buildings, the contractor offers an opportunity to lead technically demanding work within an established delivery team.
Package
€85,000–€100,000 depending on experience.
Company car or car allowance, plus fuel card.
Private medical and dental cover, enhanced leave and gym membership benefits.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of programme, resources and project delivery.
Drive site teams and coordinate subcontractors and consultants.
Manage procurement priorities, project risks and commercial reporting.
Maintain client relationships and oversee quality, safety and handover.
Requirements
Proven Project Management experience with a main building contractor.
Experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
Strong design coordination, planning and commercial skills.
A hands-on leadership style and confidence resolving site issues.
