A highly regarded property consultancy in South London is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver mixed-use developments. This Project Manager role is ideal for a confident construction project manager seeking greater client exposure. The Project Manager will manage residential and commercial schemes ranging from £5m-£30m. The Project Manager will oversee procurement, programme and cost management while acting as Employer's Agent and coordinating consultants and contractors throughout delivery.
