Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out Location: Glasgow Start Date: 06/04/2026 Hours: Based on a 9-hour day/night shift (shifts will vary We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a multi-storey office/bank fit-out project in Glasgow. The building will remain fully operational during the day, so experience working in live environments is essential. This role will require someone confident in taking full control of the site and coordinating all trades and stakeholders to ensure the project runs smoothly. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Acting as No.1 on site Managing and coordinating all subcontractors Liaising directly with the client and key stakeholders Overseeing Health & Safety compliance on site Managing programme and ensuring works are delivered on schedule Working flexibly across day and night shifts depending on project requirements Ensuring works are carried out safely within a live operational building ✅ Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial fit-out projects Experience managing works within live/operational buildings Strong subcontractor and client management skills Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety procedures Ability to manage variable shift patterns (day/night) Must be able to pass a vetting/security clearance process If you are an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial fit-outs and are confident running projects in live environments, we'd like to hear from you
