Project Manager – Hull / Hybrid £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits   This profitable and growing organisation require an experienced Project Manager, who has a proven track record of success as part of an agile delivery teams. You will be joining an organisation that operate within the professional services sector but have a unique tech offering that sets them apart from competitors.   As Project Manager, you will drive business transformation projects, from planning through to successful delivery within budgets and to agreed timeframes. You will be able to hit the ground running, planning, designing, executing and monitoring all aspects of an assigned project as part of a team.   For this role, you will ideally attend their Hull office 1-2 days per week.   Package: 35-hour work week with flexible working opportunities Private Pension, medical insurance, income protection MIP scheme / bonus opportunities Death in service benefit 4x salary, EAP scheme 25 holidays per year plus bank holidays + buy/sell options.  Experience / Responsibilities: Extensive experience in a Project Manager position. Experience implementing change. Excellent stakeholders’ management skills Identifying and assigning project tasks based on skill sets, experience and strengths of team members Supervising the project team and monitoring performance to ensure delivery on time. Preparing and updating RAID logs and other project documentation for review with project team members and other stakeholders Project management qualifications would be desirable Experience of working within Agile and Scrum practices.  The company have an excellent reputation within their sector, and have experienced consecutive years of growth, posting record revenues for the last financial year.
