Project Manager – Newbury A well-established regional contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction projects across the South of England. The business delivers a diverse range of design & build projects across sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, leisure and specialist developments, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality schemes for both public and private sector clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with senior leadership and site teams. The Role * Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards * Manage project teams including site managers, subcontractors and consultants * Oversee programme, cost control, procurement and project reporting * Ensure projects meet health & safety, quality and regulatory requirements * Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders * Support the pre-construction and tender process where required Requirements * Proven experience working as a Project Manager within a main contractor environment * Experience delivering design & build construction projects * Strong knowledge of construction programme management and project delivery * Excellent stakeholder and client management skills * Strong leadership and communication abilities Package * Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 * Competitive benefits package * Long-term opportunity with a stable and growing regional contractor
