Project Manager
The Role
This position will see you managing multiple projects within an ongoing programme, taking responsibility from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll be working across a number of sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent projects
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain
* Ensure projects meet programme, quality, and cost targets
* Maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Monitor progress and provide regular reporting
* Identify risks and drive solutions
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
* Strong programme management and organisational skills
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* CSCS card essential; SMSTS / First Aid desirable

* Office-based when not on site
* Some travel and occasional stay-away required
