Project Manager

A growing Nottingham based construction consultancy, known for its strong presence in purpose built student accommodation and residential construction, is seeking a Project Manager to support its expanding project pipeline. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to manage construction projects across the Midlands student accommodation sector. The Project Manager will be involved in construction schemes typically ranging between £8m and £60m, working with major student accommodation developers. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role. The 'Project Manager's' role The Project Manager will manage residential and student accommodation construction projects.
