Project Manager
Project Manager | London (hybrid) | £35,000 - £45,000 A growing organisation within the sustainable infrastructure and technology space is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team. This role offers the chance to work on innovative UK‑wide projects, supporting the rollout of future‑focused solutions and ensuring seamless delivery from concept through to completion. Responsibilities Liaise with clients and installation partners to coordinate site surveys and attend where required Create design layouts to define the scope of works for upcoming projects Manage new grid applications directly or via delivery partners, using power calculations and usage assumptions Support project teams with planning applications and the discharge of conditions Request and review installation quotations, negotiating optimal commercial terms with delivery partners and contractors Develop early-stage proposals into fully costed technical solutions for internal approval and client presentation Ensure suitable health & safety processes are implemented throughout pre‑development and installation phases Prepare internal handover documentation for legal and operational teams to progress delivery stages Maintain strong relationships with contractors and delivery partners, monitoring progress, quality, communication and cost Skills Confident and professional communicator, able to engage with internal teams, clients and external partners Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Collaborative approach, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams Experience within the EV charging, renewable energy or technology-led infrastructure sectors is advantageous but not essential Experience in the construction environment (pre‑ or post‑contract) is preferred Full, clean driving licence beneficial but not required Package £35,000 - £45,000 Flexible working Benefits package including pension, medical cover and income protection 30 days holiday inclusive of statutory Non-contractual bonus scheme
