️ Project Manager (Temp-to-Perm) 📍 Location: Domestic & Commercial Sites across Edinburgh 💷 Pay: Up to £28/hr (PAYE or CIS) + Overtime (time & a half after 39 hours/week) 🕒 Full-Time Role 💼 Salary Review: After 13 weeks Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a reputable all-trades company based in Edinburgh, specialising in bathroom and kitchen upgrades across domestic and commercial properties. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint a hands-on Project Manager to take ownership of projects from initial quotation through to final handover. This role is ideal for someone with a strong trade background who is confident managing people, materials, and client expectations. Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate, competitive quotes * Raise and manage invoices and job documentation * Order materials and ensure timely delivery to site * Manage staff and subcontractors on-site to ensure smooth workflow * Oversee health & safety and ensure work meets required standards * Be the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates * Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification Requirements: * Proven experience in the building or renovation sector (preferably kitchens/bathrooms) * Strong organisational and time management skills * Confident managing tradespeople and running multiple jobs * Full UK driving licence and own transport initially (company vehicle provided after successful probation) * Competent with quoting, ordering, and general project administration What’s on Offer: * Competitive hourly rate up to £28/hr (DOE) * Time and a half overtime paid after 39 hours/week * PAYE or CIS options available * Company vehicle provided following probation * Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential * Salary review after 13 weeks * Variety of projects across domestic and commercial sectors This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a well-regarded company that values quality, reliability, and professionalism. 📧 Apply now with your CV
