You’ll run all on‑site construction activities and report into a visiting Project Director—giving you real autonomy while benefiting from senior support and guidance. Key Responsibilities Lead all on‑site delivery for large‑scale projects from £60m to £180m Manage site teams, subcontractors, logistics, programme, safety, and quality Ensure smooth coordination across design, commercial, and operational functions Take responsibility for progress reporting and key metrics to the visiting Project Director Uphold high standards of efficiency, compliance, and project excellence Champion digital tools, innovative methods, and a culture of continuous improvement About You We’re looking for a confident, forward‑thinking Project Manager with a track record of delivering large, complex build schemes.
