The Role Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take on an exciting challenge in the retail sector? Join StrongPoint ALS and lead cutting-edge shopfitting projects for some of the largest retailers in ROI. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple retail in-store projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to drive seamless project execution. This is a hybrid role including work from home, customer sites and our office at Block 607a Jordanstown Road, Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin D24X25W. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements. Execution & Supervision * Oversee all phases of shopfitting projects, including on-site activities. * Monitor progress, resolve issues, and conduct regular site visits. Stakeholder Communication * Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded. * Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. Budget & Cost Management * Manage project budgets, track costs, and report variances. * Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines. Health & Safety Compliance * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. * Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Documentation & Reporting * Maintain accurate records of contracts, drawings, and correspondence. * Prepare and present project status reports to the Senior Project Manager. Requirements * Significant experience in project delivery, ideally in retail or shopfitting. * Strong knowledge of shopfitting processes, materials, and industry standards. * Familiarity with health and safety regulations and construction protocols. * Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Experience improving processes, systems, and ways of working. * Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Trello). * Skilled in setting up projects with proper structure, teams, approvals, and communication strategies. * Understanding of Change and Stakeholder Management. * Project Management qualifications are desirable. * Valid driving licence required.
