We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a £3 million industrial unit conversion project based in Wednesbury.
This is an excellent opportunity to take full responsibility for a fast-paced refurbishment scheme, managing the project from site through to successful completion.
The Project
The works include:
* Full office fit-out
* Internal refurbishment works
* External refurbishment
* Cladding installation and replacement
* Coordination of subcontractors and programme delivery
* Client liaison and progress reporting
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering industrial or commercial refurbishment projects
* Strong background managing fit-out and refurbishment schemes
* Experience overseeing external works and cladding packages would be highly advantageous
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* Strong understanding of health & safety and programme management
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
* Able to start at short notice
