MMP Consultancy are seeking a Project Manager for a Fire Safety Consultancy based in the UK, covering London sites for mechanical sprinkler systems and water mist suppression projects for a permanent contract. Title: Project Manager Salary Banding: £50,000 - £60,000 Location: Site based across London with Working From Home Client: Consultancy Benefits: Company Car, Expenses, Pension, A/L What You'll Need to Succeed: Proven experience in mechanical sprinkler systems or water mist suppression projects Strong knowledge of project management from pre-order to final account and warranty periods Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with design teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients Cost to completion and reporting Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Experience managing project variations, snagging, and site work Valid LPC qualifications are preferred (Level 6 certifications advantageous) A flexible approach to work locations, with travel across the UK, expenses covered by the companyNice to Have Skills: Additional qualifications in fire safety or related fields Familiarity with RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and working on diverse project sizes up to £5 million On-site management experience and ability to handle project variations efficientlyEssential Education and Experience: A background in mechanical or fire systems engineering, with experience managing sprinkler projects Proven track record delivering projects within the public and private sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, and residentialOther Requirements: Willingness to travel across London and potentially North England; all travel and accommodation expenses covered Ability to manage projects on-site and remotely, including working from home when appropriate Qualifications such as LPC Level 6 preferred - ongoing training and academic development support providedBenefits: Work Arrangements: Site Based working from home Company Car: Provided for site visits and travel Annual Leave: Competitive holiday allowance Pension: Pension scheme participation Expenses: Covering all relevant travel, accommodation, and work-related expenses Qualifications: Academic qualifications offered
