Project Quantity Surveyor | Bristol 💼 Salary: Competitive + Package (DOE) 📍 Location: Bristol 🏗️ Sector: Construction | Main Contractor | Regional Projects Walker & Sloan are working with an outstanding regional construction contractor to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to deliver projects across Bristol and the South West. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established regional contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects. 🏗️ The Role As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project and site teams. Key responsibilities: • Managing project budgets, cost control and reporting • Procurement and management of subcontract packages • Preparing valuations, variations and payment applications • Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts • Supporting the financial performance of projects ✅ About You • Experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor • Background working for a main contractor • Strong commercial and contractual understanding • Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 💰 What’s on Offer • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work with a highly respected regional contractor • Strong pipeline of work across Bristol and the South West • Clear long-term career progression opportunities 📩 Interested?
