Location: Watford or Liverpool
Hours: 37.5 per week
Department: Client Delivery

Make an impact. Shape the client experience. Drive delivery excellence.

We’re looking for a proactive, relationship‑driven Client Projects Coordinator to act as the dedicated advocate for our clients — ensuring every project is delivered on time, in full, with clear communication and a brilliant customer experience.

If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love bringing order to complexity, and enjoy being the go‑to person who keeps everything moving, this role will suit you perfectly.

What you’ll be doing

* Owning all client work packages within your workstream — from scheduling to completion

* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they always know the status of their projects

* Coordinating internal teams (Technical, Operations, Client Delivery) to keep deliverables on track

* Leading and chairing client meetings with confidence

* Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and driving actions to hit monthly and annual delivery targets

* Supporting continuous improvement across processes, systems and client engagement

* Helping ensure contracts are produced within the 5‑day service commitment

What you’ll bring

* Experience managing client projects, communications and delivery timelines

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise across multiple tasks and stakeholders

* Confident communication, negotiation and influencing skills

* A calm, professional approach — even under pressure

* Accuracy, attention to detail and a naturally inquisitive mindset

* Good understanding of project management principles

* Competence with CRM systems, Microsoft Project and general IT tools

* Knowledge of SAP or the certification/construction industry is a bonus

Why join us?

You’ll play a key role in shaping the client journey, building long‑term relationships and ensuring our technical teams can focus on what they do best. This is a role where your ownership, energy and problem‑solving skills genuinely make a difference
