A leading main contractor specialising in the refurbishment and decarbonisation of social housing is looking to appoint an experienced Projects/Contracts Manager to oversee a major framework across Cambridgeshire.
This is a long-term programme valued at £12m per annum, with significant growth expected. The role involves managing occupied housing refurbishment works, with a focus on external refurbishments and decarbonisation projects (SHDF).
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading multiple refurbishment packages across live, tenanted properties
* Overseeing programmes, commercial performance, compliance, and health & safety
* Managing site teams and liaising with clients, residents, and stakeholders
* Driving quality and efficiency across all phases of delivery
What we’re looking for:
* Strong background in social housing refurbishment (externals or SHDF experience preferred)
* Proven ability to manage multi-site programmes within occupied settings
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
