Apply NowCurrently working with a Local Authority who are seeking a Admin Assistant in Mansfield to support their existing staff with tasks like diary management, handling purchase orders, taking meeting minutes, and managing incoming calls.
It would be helpful (but not essential) if you have had similar experience previously within a Property team with the likes of Housing Associations or Local Authorites in order to book in required site visits for the Technical Officers/Surveyors on a daily basis.
* Location: Mansfield (5 days a week in the office)
* Contract: 6-month initial contract, with a view to extend
* Start: Next Week (ideally)
