About the role

Title – Property management administrator

Location – 📍Rawreth

Competitive salary

Shift Timings – Full time, permanent

Annual Leave: 20 days plus UK Bank Holidays

We are seeking an ambitious individual with strong communication skills to assist the property

management team with all aspects of our residential property management portfolio so as to ensure

that we are maintaining compliance with RICS, ARMA, and statutory regulations.

Your main responsibilities may include:

Administrative Support

Provide administrative assistance to the Property Manager and wider management team.

Maintain accurate tenant and property records, including lease agreements and compliance

documents.

Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and property files.

Assist with scheduling meetings, inspections, and contractor visits.

Tenant Relations

Act as a first point of contact for tenant enquiries via phone, email, or in person.

Log and track tenant requests, complaints, and maintenance issues

.

Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.

Support the handling of tenant correspondence and notices.

Maintenance Coordination



Receive and log maintenance requests from tenants.



Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.



Track progress of maintenance tasks and ensure completion to required standards.



Assist with arranging routine property inspections.

Financial & Lease Support



Assist with leaseholders account statement queries.



Help maintain lease documentation.

Compliance & Property Standards

Ensure property files remain compliant with local regulations and internal policies.

Assist with safety compliance checks (e.g., fire safety, gas safety, electrical inspections where

applicable).

Help ensure properties meet company presentation and maintenance standards.

Skills & Qualifications



Previous administrative or property management experience preferred but not essential.



Strong organisational and time-management skills.



Excellent communication and customer service abilities.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).



Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.



Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
