An established residential property management business in Watford is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join their growing team. This is a full‑time hybrid role, giving you the perfect balance of office collaboration and the flexibility to work from home on selected days.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a residential property portfolio, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and delivering a high standard of service to both tenants and property owners. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing tenant relationships and handling enquiries

Overseeing lease administration and ensuring compliance

Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and property improvements

Managing contractor and supplier relationships

Conducting regular property inspections

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Supporting budgeting and financial management

Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

What We’re Looking For

Experience in property management, tenant relations, and lease administration

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach

Ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally

Knowledge of property maintenance and contractor management

Familiarity with local property regulations and compliance

Experience managing budgets and financial records

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Experience with property management software (Blocman advantageous)
