Our client is hiring a Property Manager to oversee ~40 properties (including HMOs), with a focus on stabilising and streamlining the portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing tenancies in the private rented sector
• Handling rent arrears & serving notices
• Overseeing maintenance & compliance
• Supporting Housing Officers
What we’re looking for:
• ~2+ years’ experience (estate agency backgrounds welcome!)
• Organised, adaptable, and proactive
• CIH (or working towards) a bonus
