Property Sales Progressor
Working remotely or on a hybrid basis, you will play a vital role in ensuring property sales progress efficiently while providing exceptional service to buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion.
* Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and surveyors.
* Monitor the progress of each transaction and proactively resolve issues that may delay completion.
* Provide regular updates to all parties throughout the sales process.
* Chase outstanding documentation and legal enquiries.
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal databases.
* Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting agreed service levels and deadlines.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Property Sales Progressor.
* Strong knowledge of the residential property sales process.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
