Property Valuation Executive
Salary: £28,000-£29,000 plus commission
Working pattern: full time site based Monday to Friday

Responsible for converting leads into instructions, managing relationships, and growing a network of partnered agents to drive consistent deal flow.
1. New Leads
Respond quickly (ideally within 2 hours)
Qualify seller, property, and motivation
Book valuations and provide initial market guidance
2. Existing Leads
Follow up consistently
Provide market updates and comparable insights
Handle objections and move toward instruction
3. Partnered Agents
Maintain strong relationships and clear communication
Provide updates on referred clients
Ensure smooth process and protect partnerships
4. New Partner Agents
Identify and approach potential partners
Present clear value and agree terms
Onboard and maintain relationships
